We like this coquito recipe from VI Food Tours:
Coquito (Puerto Rican Eggnog)
1-12oz can evaporated milk
1-14oz can sweet condensed milk
1-15oz can Coco Lopez
1-15oz can coconut milk
3 cups Cruzan Rum
1-teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
